Staff Founding Engineer#

Hands-on-keyboard builder with a demonstrable history of operating between H5 and H6 who’s been unshackled by modern coding agents.

Compensation: $250,000 - $400,000/yr

Equity: 0.5% to 2%

Founding Forward Deployed Engineer#

OpenTelemetry expert who has personally rolled out instrumentation across multiple companies and tech stacks. Ideally you are an OSS contributor to the OpenTelemetry project.

Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000/yr

Equity: 0.25% to 1%

Software Engineer#

Early-career engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience who’s eager to build AI agents in production. You’ll work on our agent runtime, investigation scoping, and code-aware attribution alongside the founding team.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000/yr

Equity: 0.25% to 1%

Visas Supported: H1B Transfer, H1B1, TN, E-3, OPT-STEM

Operating Norms: In-Person in San Francisco, Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.
